Nutritionist/Dietician

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and dietary management.
- Provide guidance on managing chronic conditions through nutrition.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian certification (if applicable).
- Experience in providing nutritional counseling.
- Strong communication and educational skills.
