Physiotherapist (Outpatient/Home Care)
About Charan Kamal Health Group: Charan Kamal Health Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing team. We are dedicated to providing patient-centered rehabilitation and wellness services, both in our clinic and through home care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy interventions.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management techniques.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Conduct home visits for patients requiring in-home physiotherapy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid physiotherapy license.
- Proven experience in outpatient or home care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
